Job Description
Working conditions:
Salary: 600-1300 AZN (varies based on the candidate's knowledge and skills)
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities
Organize and execute the sale of laboratory instruments, equipment, reagents, and other medical supplies;
Attract new clients and continuously strengthen relationships with existing ones;
Arrange meetings with clients to provide detailed information about new products, samples, and services;
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and build positive, long-term relationships;
Define assigned sales targets and develop effective strategies to achieve them;
Monitor and analyze every stage of the sales process and optimize sales activities;
Regularly prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Requirements
Higher education (required in bioengineering or medicine);
Knowledge of medicine or experience in the medical field;
Foreign language proficiency (English and Russian);
Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales manager or in a relevant field;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to prepare presentations and proposals;
Teamwork skills, proactive and result-oriented approach.
