Job Description

Working hours: 09:00 to 19:00

Rest day: One day per week.

Salary: Based on the interview, determined according to the candidate's experience and skills.

Responsibilities

Management of craftsmen and staff, organization of work distribution, and supervision of their activities.

Ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with technical requirements, to a high quality, and within established deadlines.

Organizing the timely procurement of materials, machinery, and fittings required for production.

Minimizing material consumption and ensuring control over production costs.

Ensuring the timely delivery of orders to customer locations and overseeing the proper execution of the installation process.

Operatively managing and resolving problems that arise during production and installation processes.

Ensuring the complete and high-quality handover of orders and monitoring customer satisfaction.
