5 working days per week (Monday - Friday; Saturday and Sunday are days off), Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00;

All equipment required for the work process - corporate mobile number, smartphone, and personal computer (laptop) are fully provided by the company;

Full official registration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

Baku, near Inshaatchilar metro station, 78E Hasan bey Zardabi Street, "3 Tac" buildings (Aventus Digital Consultancy office).

Responsibilities

Maintaining motivation while professionally handling customers' "no" responses and objections during phone calls.

Understanding sales psychology, being results-oriented, and fulfilling established daily/weekly call and meeting KPIs (targets).

Identifying potential B2B clients (clinics, restaurants, shops, etc.) via Google Maps and executing active cold calls from the provided lead database.

Making daily active cold calls to the company's target audience (business owners and directors).

Professionally handling customer objections and persuading them to move to the next stage—the meeting.

Managing the sales manager's calendar and scheduling physical or online appointments with interested leads.

Recording daily call logs, outcomes, and scheduled appointments in the internal spreadsheet.

Requirements

Female candidates only;

Minimum 1 year of active work experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or a call center (Experience in cold calling and appointment setting is mandatory);

Excellent, fluent, and persuasive speaking skills in Azerbaijani with professional diction (Knowledge of Russian is desirable and a significant advantage);
