Job Description
Performance expectations:

● Continuous execution of active field sales activities
● Regular organization and management of meetings with companies
● Achieving results in accordance with sales targets
● Compliance with the company's internal sales standards and KPI system

Sales portfolio:

The candidate will carry out sales in the following areas:

● QRGate system (main focus on online product)
● Corporate software
● Ready-made SaaS products
● Customized solutions tailored to the client

Salary and bonus system:

● 15-day probationary period and initial training process
● Payment during the probationary period
● Fixed salary after the probationary period
● Bonus system based on sales results
● Additional rewards for high performance
● Prospects for career development and salary increases
● Fixed salary 1000-1500 AZN (plus percentage of sales upon meeting targets)

Working hours:

● Weekdays: 5 days (Mon – Fri)
● Working hours: 10:00 to 18:00
● Saturday: Hybrid working mode
● Official holidays in accordance with legislation

Responsibilities
● Active B2B sales of the QRGate system to companies

● Establishing and developing relationships with corporate clients

● Organizing meetings by visiting the offices of potential client companies

● Establishing direct communication with decision-makers and managing the sales process

● Product presentation and demo demonstrations for clients

● Analyzing customer needs and proposing suitable solutions

● Managing the sales process from initiation to contract signing

● Proper recording of meetings and sales in the CRM or internal system

● Preparation of weekly and monthly reports

● Attracting new clients and expanding the customer base.
Requirements
● Acquire detailed knowledge about the Qrgate product and the Proweb company via the internet.

● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales (B2B is an advantage).

● Active sales and client acquisition skills. ● Willingness to work in field sales (active activity outside the office).

● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach. ● Ability to work with CRM and ERP systems.

● Proficiency in working with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Drive). ● Fluency in Azerbaijani; Russian and English are desirable.

● High level of responsibility and self-management.
