Responsibilities

Higher education;

Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant field;

Theoretical and practical knowledge of soil analysis and plant protection (methods for combating diseases, pests, and weeds);

Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs;

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and operative decision-making skills;

Responsibility, accountability, and precision.

Requirements

Determine technological processes for the planting and cultivation of orchards:

Develop plans for the implementation of land reclamation measures;

Determine crop cultivation methods for different land plots, taking into account soil composition and condition;

Identify and propose fertilizers and other materials required for cultivation;

Create schedules for cultivation and harvesting timelines;

Determine the fertilization process;

Develop methods for the proper use and conservation of soil;

Utilize advanced technologies to increase crop production;

Implement the correct use of relevant chemicals and fertilizers;

Monitor orchards on a regular basis;

Conduct control measures against diseases, weeds, and pests;

Select and apply optimal control measures depending on the levels of weeds, pests, diseases, and toxicity;

Record-keeping and reporting: Document production results and prepare statistical reports;

File operational documents.
