Responsibilities

- Full preparation of architectural projects (plans, facades, sections)

- Preparation and presentation of 2D and 3D designs

- Meetings with clients and analysis of requirements

- Supervision of the construction process and coordination with craftsmen

- Preparation of technical documentation and working drawings.

Requirements

- Higher education in architecture (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Archicad, 3ds Max, and SketchUp software
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Creative approach and sense of responsibility
- Portfolio (must be submitted)
