Job Description
Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00

Workplace: Baku city, Narimanov district

Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The necessary technical and administrative conditions for work activities are provided by the company.
Responsibilities
Organization and management of the recruitment process

Posting vacancies and organizing interviews with candidates

Preparation of employment contracts, orders, and other HR documents

Maintaining employee personnel files and the HR database

Ensuring documentation complies with labor legislation

Monitoring employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary issues

Organizing the onboarding process for new employees

Execution of administrative tasks assigned by management

Coordination of internal document workflow

Drafting official letters and directing them to the relevant departments

Organizing daily office administrative activities

Monitoring office needs and supplies

Organizing and coordinating meetings

Operational management of incoming inquiries and requests

Preparation and submission of relevant reports to management.
Requirements
Higher education
Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in human resources, management, or administration
Basic knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Ability to work with personnel documentation and official correspondence
Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsible, proactive, and disciplined approach
Ability to work in a team and coordinate processes
Ability to work with documents accurately and systematically
Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent written and verbal communication in Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage).
