Responsibilities
Receiving incoming calls, making outgoing calls (consultations, clarifying information, callbacks)

Communicating with customers via chat and email

Providing detailed information and advice to customers about the company's products and services

Directing difficult or specific inquiries to the relevant departments
Requirements
Higher education
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a call center, customer service, or sales field is preferred (but not required)
Computer literacy and the ability to work with online platforms
Basic technical knowledge (IT literacy – at a minimal level)
Strong listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude toward customers and the team
Language skills
Azerbaijani and Russian languages
