Job Description
Work schedule: Monday-Saturday, from 10:00 to 14:00 (Part-time).

Salary: (The amount will be discussed individually based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience).

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to strengthen the market position of our software.

Expanding Customer Base: Identifying potential customers (leads), establishing initial contact with them, and conducting product demonstrations (demos).

Sales Pipeline Management: Systematically managing customer data in the CRM system and tracking the sales process.

Conducting Meetings: Negotiating with B2B clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring the finalization of contracts.

Reporting: Regularly providing reports to management on sales results, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Higher education

Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales (preferred: IT or software sales).

Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills, powers of persuasion, and business communication ethics.

Results-Orientation: High motivation and discipline to achieve set targets, despite the part-time work schedule.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
