Job Description
5-day work week

Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00

Salary: (fixed) 700 AZN plus performance-based sales bonuses (incentives, premiums)

Candidates who successfully complete the probation period will be hired in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Responsibilities
- Promoting the company's products to pharmacists in pharmacies

- Executing instructions and tasks assigned by the company in a timely and accurate manner

- Developing, organizing, and working on sales strategies

- Regularly working on the pharmacy database: expanding and enriching it

- Preparing sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

- Conducting detailed analysis of competitors

- Regularly visiting all pharmacies within the assigned territory

- Ensuring the formation of the pharmacy database and keeping lists constantly updated
Requirements
- Higher or secondary education
- Work experience in this field and in sales
- Must pay attention to ethical conduct and dress code
- Must be disciplined
- Presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Must be highly responsible, honest, and agile in their work
- Goal-oriented and prone to development
- Ability to manage tasks in the assigned region and work under pressure
