Job Description

An experienced handyman is sought for technical work in a non-residential building located in the center of Baku.

The candidate will be responsible for performing daily technical tasks, minor repairs, and the prompt resolution of malfunctions within the building.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and other technical faults

Performing minor repair and installation works

Operational intervention and problem-solving when necessary

Adherence to cleanliness and safety regulations in the workspace

Requirements

Work experience in a relevant field

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general technical work

Responsible and disciplined

Ability to make prompt decisions and solve problems

Ability to work in a team

Preference will be given to candidates looking for long-term employment.
