Responsibilities

Organization of active sales and acquisition of new customers

Management of the credit portfolio and quality control

Reception, analysis, and processing of customer applications

Preparation of presentations for the credit committee

Building long-term cooperation with customers

Proper and timely preparation of credit documentation

Proposing new products and sales initiatives

Requirements

Higher or incomplete higher education
Strong communication and sales skills
Ability to work both in a team and individually
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
Preference will be given to those with experience in banking, non-bank credit organizations, or pawnshops
Gender: male (preferred)
