- Ensures a high level of service and professional customer care, creates comfortable conditions for visitors;
- Consults clients on company services, informs them about current promotions, bonus programs, and special offers;
- Manages client scheduling and registration, coordinates appointments, and informs specialists of bookings and schedule changes in a timely manner;
- Maintains the client database and ensures the accuracy of data entry;
- Oversees the work of all departments and employees within their scope of authority, coordinates interaction between departments;
- Prepares and monitors employee work schedules, ensures compliance with labor discipline and internal regulations;
- Monitors employee compliance with the established dress code, sanitary and hygienic standards, as well as the cleanliness and order of the salon premises;
- Organizes and supervises cleaning services, ensures the preservation of the interior, equipment, and the general condition of work areas;
- Prevents conflict situations, addresses client complaints and suggestions, and takes measures to improve service quality;
- Promptly informs management of identified deficiencies in customer service, employee performance, or the technical condition of the facility, and takes measures to resolve them;
- Ensures the creation of a favorable and comfortable atmosphere for clients and employees;
- Monitors compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and sanitary requirements;
- Carries out instructions from the immediate supervisor and other work-related tasks associated with the company's operations.
