Preferred candidates

Candidates who have worked as a site engineer, estimator, or project engineer in the construction field;

Those with experience in fit-out, renovation, office, supermarket, and commercial facilities;

Those with experience in preparing tender documents and commercial proposals;

Those who can calculate material and labor costs in accordance with real market conditions;

Those with a general understanding of various types of work — construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, ventilation, drywall, painting, flooring, ceiling, and other areas.

Conducting on-site inspections of construction and renovation projects;
Assessing the current state of the site and determining the scope of work;
Reviewing technical specifications, project designs, BOQs, and other documents provided by the client;
Calculating quantities for construction, renovation, fit-out, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other works;
Preparing estimates and price quotations;
Calculating costs for materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and other expenses;
Preparing commercial proposals for the project;
Participating in the preparation of technical proposals, scopes of work, and methodologies;
Conducting preliminary discussions with clients regarding technical issues;
Collecting and comparing price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors;
Proposing alternative materials and solutions;
Refining scopes of work in collaboration with the project manager and the execution team;
Participating in the preparation of tender documents;
Developing and verifying BOQ schedules;
Performing preliminary planning regarding project timelines, resource requirements, and technical approaches;
Taking measurements at the construction site and calculating actual volumes of work;
Updating and revising proposals in accordance with client requirements;
Comparing actual work performed with the estimates during project execution;
Participating in the preparation of work completion certificates, volume statements, and reports;
Updating and maintaining the company’s internal price database;
Identifying risks and potential additional costs in advance;
Working in compliance with construction codes, technical standards, and client requirements;
Executing other technical and commercial tasks assigned by management.

Higher education in construction engineering, architecture, engineering, or a related field;

Work experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or MEP fields;

Practical knowledge in preparing estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals;

Knowledge of construction materials, labor standards, and market prices;

Ability to read project documentation, drawings, and technical specifications;

Ability to visit sites, take measurements, and determine the scope of work on-site;

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage;

Practical understanding of construction and renovation processes;

Ability to perform price analysis and cost estimation;

Must be attentive, responsible, and detail-oriented;

Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with clients;

Ability to provide timely and accurate reports;

Excellent command of Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
