Preparing estimates and price quotations;
Calculating costs for materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and other expenses;
Preparing commercial proposals for the project;
Participating in the preparation of technical proposals, scopes of work, and methodologies;
Conducting preliminary discussions with clients regarding technical issues;
Collecting and comparing price quotations from suppliers and subcontractors;
Proposing alternative materials and solutions;
Refining scopes of work in collaboration with the project manager and the execution team;
Participating in the preparation of tender documents;
Developing and verifying BOQ schedules;
Performing preliminary planning regarding project timelines, resource requirements, and technical approaches;
Taking measurements at the construction site and calculating actual volumes of work;
Updating and revising proposals in accordance with client requirements;
Comparing actual work performed with the estimates during project execution;
Participating in the preparation of work completion certificates, volume statements, and reports;
Updating and maintaining the company’s internal price database;
Identifying risks and potential additional costs in advance;
Working in compliance with construction codes, technical standards, and client requirements;
Executing other technical and commercial tasks assigned by management.
