Empty trash bins according to the scheduled waste collection plan.
Strictly follow the opening and closing procedures designated for the department.
Possess a full understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, the use of the dishwasher, and the chemical agents to be used.
Use all operating equipment and utensils with care to minimize damage and prevent breakage.
Assist in conducting quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inventories of operating equipment.
