Job Description

Working conditions:

Salary: 800-1200 AZN

6-day work week with shifts

Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00, 13:00 to 22:00

Employment according to the Labor Code

Responsibilities

Provide customer service within the store and execute the daily work plan to enhance service quality.

Supervise staff in performing in-store product displays, order picking, and visual merchandising tasks.

Monitor stock levels based on store product sales and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner.

Oversee in-store processes to maintain cleanliness, manage repairs, and create a better working environment.

Manage staff work schedules and monitor attendance.

Support staff by fostering discipline and providing motivation.
