• Manage the club's daily administrative and organizational activities.
• Coordinate training schedules, games, and tournament events.
• Handle all documentation, contracts, and insurance matters for the team (athletes, coaches, and staff).
• Manage transfers, licensing, and official correspondence with local (AVF) and international (CEV, FIVB) federations.
• Coordinate visa, migration documentation, and accommodation needs for foreign staff (foreign players).
• Handle logistical and organizational (Matchday) preparations for home and away games and tournaments.
• Maintain relations with local and international partners and manage document exchange.
• Assist in the execution of the club's media, social media (PR), and marketing activities.
• Submit periodic reports on completed work to the club management.
