Responsibilities
• Manage the club's daily administrative and organizational activities.

• Coordinate training schedules, games, and tournament events.

• Handle all documentation, contracts, and insurance matters for the team (athletes, coaches, and staff).

• Manage transfers, licensing, and official correspondence with local (AVF) and international (CEV, FIVB) federations.

• Coordinate visa, migration documentation, and accommodation needs for foreign staff (foreign players).

• Handle logistical and organizational (Matchday) preparations for home and away games and tournaments.

• Maintain relations with local and international partners and manage document exchange.

• Assist in the execution of the club's media, social media (PR), and marketing activities.

• Submit periodic reports on completed work to the club management.
Requirements
• Higher education.
• Preference will be given to candidates over 25 years old.
• Fluent speaking and professional business writing skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in documentation, office management, or administrative management.
• High-level proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of business documentation standards and contract forms.
• High communication skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.
