Responsibilities

Welcoming guests and directing them to appropriate tables

Managing table reservations

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Assisting in the coordination of service flow in the restaurant

Answering incoming calls and inquiries.

Requirements

Knowledge of Russian is an advantage

Experience as a hostess or in the service industry is an advantage

Fluent speech and communication skills

Pleasant appearance and presentation skills

Responsible and attentive

Ability to work in a team.
