Job Description

1. Working days: 5/2 (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and national days of mourning are non-working days)

2. Working hours: Monday-Thursday 09:30 to 17:30, Friday 09:30 to 17:00

3. Workplace: Baku city.

Responsibilities

1. Attract new clients and present suitable insurance products to them, taking their requirements into account.

2. Manage the renewal of insurance policies for existing clients.

3. Strengthen relationships with existing clients to establish long-term cooperation.

4. Maintain a database of new and existing clients.

5. Meet the established sales targets for insurance products.

6. Provide support to ensure the timely delivery of insurance policies and clearly explain the terms and conditions to the client.

Requirements

1. Age: 18 - 45

2. Gender: Male and Female

3. Education: Incomplete Higher or Higher Education

4. Work experience: No experience required – we will support you with professional training!

5. Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent); additional knowledge of Russian and English is an asset.
