AI Solutions — We build AI-based operating systems in Baku. We have existing real clients.
We are now looking for an energetic Sales Manager to join our team.

CONDITIONS

Salary model:
• Fixed base + bonus + monthly commission
• Details to be discussed during the interview
• Real potential with good results: 1,200 - 1,500 AZN/month and above

Working conditions:
• Remote work + a few meetings per week
• Flexible working hours
• All necessary work tools provided

Probation period: 1 month

Responsibilities

• Finding new potential clients

• Cold outreach: Instagram, e-mail, phone

• Organizing demo meetings (we conduct the demos ourselves)

• Tracking the customer journey in the CRM system

• Meeting monthly KPIs

Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience
• Fluent in Azerbaijani (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently
• Confident communication skills over the phone and in face-to-face meetings
• Interest in technology and AI
