Responsibilities

receiving incoming calls and messages from customers;

answering questions related to orders, delivery, and payments;

promptly resolving issues, complaints, and returns;

coordinating orders with the internal team;

processing customer reviews and feedback.

Requirements

Age limit: 23-35 years old.

Fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani languages (knowledge of Russian is mandatory);

Fluent verbal and written communication;

Strong communication skills;

Attentiveness and responsibility;

Ability to make quick decisions during the work process;

Stress resistance;

Computer skills (ability to work in Microsoft Word and Excel);

Experience in a call center or customer support field is considered an advantage.
