Job Description

Working hours: 5 days a week (10:00 – 19:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off)

• Salary: 1000-1500 AZN + bonus

Responsibilities

- Preparation and calculation of outbound tour packages;
- Establishing relations with foreign and local partners and conducting business correspondence;
- Booking hotels and other tourism services;
- Providing visa support services to clients;
- Maintaining and developing relations with existing clients;
- Monitoring the progress of travel programs;
- Analyzing and preparing seasonal tours;
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner;
- Preparing and submitting daily and monthly sales reports to management;
- Probation period

Requirements

· Higher education

· Age limit: 25-40 years old

· 3-5 years of work experience in the tourism industry as an outgoing manager

· Language skills: Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English is mandatory

· Ability to work with computer programs (MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.)
