Job Description
- 6-day work schedule from 09:00 to 17:00. Note: The workplace is located in Razin. Please, only candidates living near that area should apply. Candidates who meet the requirements should send their CVs with the subject line "HelpDesk".
Responsibilities
- Receiving requests submitted to the IT department, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Ensuring the installation and setup of all devices and software, including laptops, desktop computers, printers, and other network equipment, and identifying and resolving related issues
- Troubleshooting and monitoring computer networks
- Ensuring the security and continuous operation of network-connected computers and databases
- Ensuring data security and backup; resolving software issues either on-site or via remote connection
- Proposing solutions for various non-standard situations
- Completing tasks assigned by direct supervisors and management in a timely and proper manner
Requirements
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems

- Ability to work with PCs, laptops, peripheral devices, and network equipment

- Ability to identify and resolve basic technical problems.
