Job Description
We have a vacancy for an Office Manager in our company. The candidate must also perform cashier functions.

Lunch is provided by the company.

Salary: 600 AZN

Work schedule: 6-day work week, from 09:00 to 18:00
Saturday: from 09:00 to 15:00
Responsibilities
Acceptance of cash and non-cash payments at the cash register

Proper execution of cash operations and preparation of daily reports

Registration of sales and data entry into the system

Checking and responding to incoming emails

Promptly responding to inquiries from customers and partners

Forwarding emails to the relevant departments when necessary

Conducting official correspondence in a proper and professional manner
Requirements
Higher education

Work experience as an office manager or cashier (preferred)

Basic knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel)

Ability to work at a cash register and handle cash/non-cash payments

Ability to work with email and conduct official correspondence

Responsible, punctual, and attentive

Ability to communicate with customers

Ability to work in a team

Neat and presentable appearance
