Job Description

Working conditions:
Employment documentation in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Work schedule: 6-day shift schedule (09:30-18:30, 10:00-19:00, 11:00-20:00)

Responsibilities

Receiving incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate parties, as well as placing outgoing calls;

Welcoming customers and guests visiting the company;

Registering visitors;

Informing the relevant personnel about the arrival of guests;

Treating all guests with special attention and ensuring the provision of high-quality service, care, and assistance to them;

Recording information received by the company and ensuring its timely delivery to the designated recipients;

Preparing and submitting the daily customer registration report for the showroom to the relevant department;

Executing verbal and written instructions from direct supervisors and department heads, as well as adhering to existing company policies, to ensure the performance of work functions;

Compiling and preparing relevant reports for the areas of responsibility;

Maintaining the confidentiality of incoming and outgoing information.

Age: Above 22
Education: Higher education
Gender: Female
Height: 165-170 cm
Pleasant appearance
Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate level in English
High communication skills and a friendly demeanor
