Job Description
Workplace: In-office, full-time

Work schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 – 19:00

Lunch break: 1 hour

Salary: Fixed salary + bonus for each successful visa + performance-based salary increase

We are looking for a new team member to join our team operating in the field of visas and migration. Although the main focus is on German work visas, the preparation and management of applications for other visa types related to Germany will also be carried out.

Responsibilities
* Preparation and management of applications for German work visas;

* Handling the documentation process for other German visas;

* Collection and verification of required documents from clients;

* Ensuring the accurate and complete preparation of documents;

* Organizing applications for embassies and visa centers;

* Scheduling appointment dates;

* Monitoring the application process until completion and keeping clients informed;

* Maintaining internal reports and documentation.
Requirements
* Previous work experience in visa, migration, or documentation fields is an advantage;

* Candidates with experience in German visas will be given preference;

* Proficiency in computer programs;

* Strong written and verbal communication skills;

* Attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and ability to work efficiently;

* Knowledge of foreign languages (German or English) is desirable;

* Availability for full-time employment is essential.
