Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and results-oriented Sales Assistant to support our company's corporate (B2B) and retail (B2C) sales activities. This role involves both maintaining relationships with existing clients and actively finding new customers and attracting them to the store.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 19:00

Saturday: 10:00 - 14:00

Sunday: Day off
Responsibilities
Finding new clients: Market analysis, researching potential corporate and individual clients, and establishing initial contact.

Client visits: Organizing meetings and conducting on-site visits with potential and existing corporate clients.

Digital engagement: Responding to inquiries received via social media platforms, professionally inviting potential clients to the store/showroom, and providing guidance.

Support for the sales process: Providing comprehensive information to clients about products and services, and delivering high-level customer service.

Teamwork: Working closely and in coordination with other team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Language skills: Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian (mandatory); proficiency in English is preferred.

Communication and Persuasion: High-level presentation, dialogue initiation, and strong persuasion skills.

Social Media Literacy: Good knowledge of social media platform functions and the ability to actively use them for customer acquisition.

Team Spirit: Ability to work in a team and focus on common goals.

Flexible, energetic, and stress-resistant.
