Job Description
Vacancy: Designer-Operator (Advertising and Promo)

Company: Nexon Group

Work location: Mehdiabad settlement

Working Conditions:
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00 (Saturday and Sunday are days off).
• Salary: Negotiable (determined based on the candidate's design and technical skill level).
• A comfortable working environment equipped with modern computers and production equipment.

Responsibilities
• Performing design tasks:
Creating designs from scratch or editing existing sketches for promotional products, stickers, business cards, and other advertising materials according to customer requirements.

• Preparing files for printing:
Converting prepared designs into vector format in accordance with machine requirements, setting cut lines (contours), and performing color adjustments (CMYK, White color, Varnish).

• UV Printing Process:
Printing high-quality images onto products using the NOCAI UV A3 MAX printer with correct parameters.

• Equipment maintenance:
Working with printer software, monitoring daily cleaning, managing ink levels (inserting chips), and ensuring the equipment remains in good working condition.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in advertising, printing, or design.

• Professional proficiency in software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

Knowledge of advertising material properties (vinyl, plexiglass, various paper types) and pre-press preparation.

Ability to work with mechanical devices, attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a portfolio.
