Job Description

Job type- Office-based, not freelance.

Responsibilities

- Participate in the preparation of architectural, landscape, and exterior projects;

- Carry out measurement work at sites and collect technical data;

- Prepare 2D and 3D presentation materials for projects;

- Ensure the preparation of visualizations and presentations;

- Work in coordination with the project team and fulfill technical tasks.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in the field of architecture;

- Ability to work proficiently in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, and ArchiCAD;

- Ability to prepare 2D and 3D visualizations of projects;

- Experience in the preparation and execution of architectural, landscape, and exterior projects;

- Ability to participate in measurement and technical site investigation processes;

- Experience in preparing architectural projects from concept to execution;

- Knowledge of construction norms and regulations;

- Ability to work in a team, be responsible, and be results-oriented;

- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
