Corporate Sales Representative - Female

Salary: 1000 AZN + Bonus

Working hours: 6-day work week from 09:00 to 18:00. Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00.

Responsibilities

Processing the existing database

Preparing and sending proposals to new clients

Participation in tenders

Organizing meetings and conducting presentations with potential clients to conclude new contracts

Conducting market research related to corporate sales

Identifying and attracting potential clients

Building a client base and establishing relationships with corporate clients

Analyzing the market and competitors, conducting analyses, and identifying demand

Informing clients about ongoing promotions and campaigns

Negotiating price proposals with potential clients

Concluding contracts based on agreed-upon sales terms

Preparing the necessary set of contracts and documents for the execution of corporate sales

Recording sales-related information in the relevant software

Maintaining relationships with existing clients and preparing cross-sell offers for products to increase sales

Negotiating with clients to ensure timely payments

Monitoring the transport and delivery of products

Analyzing sales channels and creating new opportunities

Requirements

Higher education
Age range 25 – 40
Female candidates are preferred
2-3 years of experience in service and sales
Proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages is mandatory
Must know office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Logo software is an asset
Analytical thinking and systematic approach
Communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Accuracy at work and responsibility for attention to detail
