Responsibilities

Receive meat products and perform quality inspections

• Chop, debone, and portion products in accordance with hygiene regulations

• Oversee the preparation of semi-finished products according to recipes and standards

• Properly package and label prepared semi-finished products

• Monitor product storage temperatures and expiration dates

• Perform daily preparation tasks according to the chef's instructions

• Adhere to sanitation and hygiene rules in the kitchen and production area

• Minimize product loss and waste

• Ensure timely preparation of products according to orders

Requirements

• Ability to use meat cutting and butchery techniques

• Knowledge of marination and semi-finished product preparation methods

• Adherence to hygiene and food safety standards

• Safe use of production equipment

• Proper time management

• Ability to work in a team

• Relevant work experience in the field
