Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00

Responsibilities

Receiving, analyzing, and ensuring the fulfillment of orders from departments after the approval process.
Ensuring that orders are fulfilled with goods, materials, works, and services of high quality and at favorable prices.
Monitoring the compliance of purchased goods with standards and technical requirements.
Researching and evaluating suppliers and establishing new partnerships.
Conducting regular market and price research for goods and materials.
Ensuring the preparation and conclusion of contracts with suppliers.
Ensuring the execution of payments.
Ensuring documentation for received and sent orders.
Tracking the status of contracts and orders.
Executing the purchase of products from the local market in the following areas:
IT hardware equipment
Repair and construction materials
Furniture and other inventory

Requirements

Higher education (preference given to economics, logistics, management, or technical specialties)

Minimum 1 year of work experience in the procurement field

Fluency in Azerbaijani (Russian is an asset)

Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, 1C)

Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team

Transportation management skills

Strong routing skills

Excellent knowledge of the city and its roads
