- Higher education (final-year students or recent graduates in Economics, Logistics, International Relations, Law, or Customs).
- Strong interest in the fields of customs, foreign trade, and logistics, along with a desire to build a career in these areas.
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in Azerbaijani (proficiency in English or Russian is an advantage).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel).
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a team.
