Job Description
A fast-growing restaurant chain in Baku is seeking a Territorial Manager to manage the operational efficiency of several restaurants during a phase of active business scaling.

The company is developing its network in the HoReCa segment, expanding its market presence, and opening new locations, thereby strengthening its operations management team.

We are looking for a specialist who will take charge of managing a group of restaurants, ensuring the stable operation of the locations, compliance with service standards, and the achievement of key operational indicators.

The role also involves participating in the improvement of operational processes, developing local management teams, and supporting the opening of new restaurants.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the operational activities of several restaurants within the chain;
- Ensure stable operations and the achievement of business targets for the locations;
- Monitor service quality and compliance with brand standards;
- Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational growth;
- Implement and improve processes across the chain;
- Participate in the opening of new restaurants;
Requirements
What we expect:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Territorial Manager, Operations Manager, or Cluster Manager;
- Experience working with teams and field management roles;
- Experience in HoReCa, restaurant chains, or hospitality;
- Experience in team management;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Experience managing multiple sites in HoReCa, retail, or hospitality;
- Understanding of the restaurant business operating model;
- Ability to work with figures and operational metrics;
