Job Description:
We are currently looking for customer representatives for our project serving Turkish Airlines.
Candidates must have at least a B2 level of English proficiency.

As a customer representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing high-level service to our valued customers.
You will start work after completing the training period, and a monthly performance assessment will be conducted. In addition to their base salary, employees can earn extra income through a performance-based bonus system.
Performance evaluations are held quarterly, and salary increases are applied to successful employees.
The shift system consists of 6 days per week, 8 hours and 30 minutes per day (including a 1-hour lunch/break). Shifts change weekly and cover morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts (shuttle service is available for shift changes after 00:00). Suitable shift arrangements are made based on mutual agreement.
