Phone and Customer Services:
- Answering incoming calls to the company and directing customers
- Establishing effective communication with customers and managing their inquiries
- Providing information to potential speakers about our platform, services, and registration process
Social Media and Online Inquiries:
- Responding to questions received via social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram)
- Directing inquiries that fall outside of template responses to the relevant departments
- Providing assistance with the online registration process
Document Flow and Forms:
- Receiving and verifying incoming forms for customer transfers
- Delivering forms received from partners and our other offices to the relevant departments
- Ensuring the tracking of forms and documents, and monitoring the response process
- Managing consultant registration forms and speaker registration documents
Registration and Information:
- Providing step-by-step instructions on the registration process to new speakers and consultants
- Providing information about the documents required for registration
- Answering questions regarding online consulting services and usage rules of the platform
Partner Relations:
- Receiving inquiries from partner companies and forwarding them to the appropriate departments
- Conducting and tracking correspondence with partners
- Ensuring coordination with our other offices
Other Office Tasks:
- Managing internal and external document flow
- Assisting in the organization of office tasks
- Providing support in the organization of meetings and events
