Salary: 450-600 AZN

Responsibilities

• Secondary education

• Work experience (1 to 3 years)

• Receive incoming calls to the Call Center and register them in the internal system;

• Forward registered requests in a timely manner and make return calls if necessary;

• Ability to communicate with customers;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Must be responsible, patient, and stress-resistant;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;

• Knowledge of the Russian language is an advantage;
