Operator / Courier Support Specialist

MinVolt is an e-mobility company providing electric bicycle rentals, maintenance services, and battery-swapping infrastructure for couriers. We are looking for a responsible operator to join our team, who will work with couriers on a daily basis, handle inquiries, and manage core operations at our service center.

About the vacancy

The operator registers new couriers, responds to calls and messages, logs issues, and manages the bicycle rental and return process. This role serves as the primary point of contact between couriers, service technicians, and management.

Responsibilities

* Fluent speaking and writing skills in Azerbaijani;

* Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;

* Ability to handle phone calls and messages;

* Proficiency in working with computers, Google Sheets / Excel, and simple CRM systems;

* Being attentive, responsible, and disciplined;

* Ability to remain calm and be solution-oriented in difficult situations;

* Experience in customer service, as an operator, cashier, or in the service sector is an advantage.
