Job Description

• Salary: 3,000 AZN (net);

• Work schedule: 5 working days per week;

Responsibilities

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership position;
• Work experience in the manufacturing sector is mandatory; experience in the textile industry is considered an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, financial modeling, and management reporting;
• Experience in corporate finance, investment analysis, and risk management;
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing cost calculation and optimization;
• Experience working with ERP, 1C, and other financial management systems;
• High proficiency in MS Excel;
• Knowledge of IFRS and the ability to analyze financial statements;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani; proficiency in English and Russian is considered an advantage;
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical approach, and decision-making skills;
• High level of responsibility, initiative, and result-orientation.
