Work location: Baku

Work schedule: Full-time

Ensure the efficient organization of the company's daily administrative activities, manage document flow, provide administrative support to the management, and regularly monitor private tender announcements to provide relevant information to the project manager in a timely manner.

Note
Experience in the field of tenders is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement.
All necessary knowledge and work principles related to tender processes will be taught by the company, and practical support will be provided to the employee.

Responsibilities
Higher education;

At least 1 year of work experience in administrative tasks or office management;

Fluency in verbal and written communication in Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage);

Ability to handle official correspondence and documentation;

Responsible, attentive, efficient, and high organizational skills.
