Higher education (in Finance, Accounting, or Economics)
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant field (in the medical sector)
PMS certificate is mandatory
Fluency in Russian is an advantage
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control
Knowledge of financial statement preparation and legislative requirements
Understanding of tax, audit, and financial risks
Proficiency in Excel and financial software
