Responsibilities
Higher education;
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) sector as a branch manager, restaurant manager, or in similar managerial positions;
Minimum 1 year of successful work experience as a manager in coffee shop and cafe concept establishments is mandatory;
Practical experience in personnel management, motivation, and development;
Fluent communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian (knowledge of Russian is mandatory);
Proficiency in English is an advantage;
Sales-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills;
Strong skills in customer service and team management;
Ability to work with MS Office programs.
