Job Description
About the position:

Our company is looking for a responsible, proactive, and development-oriented Sales Specialist to join our professional team operating in the construction insulation sector. The candidate must be responsible for presenting the company's products and services, attracting new clients, developing relationships with existing ones, and actively participating in achieving sales targets.

Working conditions and opportunities:

* Official employment contract in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
* Work schedule: Monday–Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00;
* Salary: 500–600 AZN (based on the candidate's knowledge and skills) + additional bonuses based on sales results;

Responsibilities
* Age: 21–25;
* Gender: Male;
* Higher education in civil engineering or a relevant field in the construction sector;
* Previous experience in sales is preferred (experience in the construction sector is an advantage);
* Strong communication, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills;
* Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset;
* Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian or English is an advantage;
* Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Responsible, honest, proactive, efficient, and capable of working in a team;
* Availability for business trips is an advantage.
