Internal Accountant

Ability to work with the Logo Tiger program is an advantage.

Document flow verification: Checking all primary documents prepared within the enterprise (receipt/expense orders, invoices, e-invoices, certificates, etc.) for compliance with legislation and internal regulations.

Control of bank and cash operations: Daily monitoring of cash and non-cash fund movements, adherence to limits, and settlements with accountable persons.

Reconciliations with suppliers and buyers: Analysis of accounts receivable and payable, regular preparation of mutual reconciliation statements, and monitoring of overdue debts.

Inventory process: Direct participation in periodic inventory (counting) of raw materials, supplies, finished goods, and fixed assets in warehouses, and verifying the consistency of actual balances with those in the accounting software (LOGO).

Analysis of write-offs and losses: Verifying the compliance of raw material consumption in production with standards, and investigating deviations and technological losses.

Verification of cost price: Internal control over the accurate formation of the cost price of finished goods produced or services rendered.

Assessment of tax risks: Conducting internal audits of the company’s operations for compliance with the requirements of the Tax Code (especially regarding VAT, corporate/income tax, SSPF, and unemployment insurance contributions).

Analysis of financial deviations: Identifying discrepancies between the budget and actual expenses and submitting reports on deviations to management.

Preparation of internal reports: Compiling internal management reports on the company’s financial position, cash flow, and profit-loss analysis in accordance with the requirements of the company’s management (Director).
