Job Description

Responsibilities

Age limit: 21-45

Higher education is preferred (in Economics, Finance, Law, or Business Administration);

Work experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing/collecting problem loans in the banking, microfinance, or collection sector;

Communication skills: High level of communication, persuasion, and ability to conduct intense negotiations;

Stress resistance: Ability to manage conflict situations and work in a results-oriented manner under a tight work schedule;

Language skills: Fluent and clear speaking ability in Azerbaijani;

Computer skills: Ability to work with MS Office programs (especially MS Excel).
