We are looking for a team member to work remotely for our company operating in the mobile operator sector.
Job information:
Work schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00–18:00
Work format: Fully online / remote
Additional earning opportunities:
From time to time (once a month or every two months), campaigns lasting approximately 10–15 days may be held. During these periods, it is expected to contact mobile numbers on the market and offer Mobile Number Portability (MNP) services.
This work is performed in addition to the base salary, and a separate bonus is calculated for each successful number portability.
Optionally, the employee can also engage in passive sales activities. For example, they can find potential corporate clients through LinkedIn and other online channels to make sales and earn additional bonuses.
Bonus system: The bonus amount for both number portability and other sales is calculated according to the value of the sold tariff package. There are no limits on sales and bonus opportunities.
Salary:
400–600 AZN – determined during the interview based on the candidate's work experience, knowledge, and skills.

Bonuses for tariffs and sales;
Additional payment during campaign periods;
Opportunity to earn extra from passive sales.
Note: The job is entirely in an online format. In addition to the main duties, there are additional bonus opportunities for sales and number portability for employees who want to earn more.
