Job Description
We are looking for an experienced specialist for our store to handle internal and bank credit documentation and track payments. Accepting customer loan applications and analyzing their repayment capacity;

Conducting loan documentation (internally or via the banking system) without errors;

Monitoring overdue payments: Contacting customers with late payments via telephone to ensure repayment;

Supervising the loan portfolio and reporting.
jobs.requirements
Age: 22 – 45 years old;

Education: Higher education;

Work experience: At least 1 year of mandatory work experience in the credit sector (bank, non-bank credit organization, or in-store credit);

Skills: Proficiency in 1C and MS Excel programs;

Personal qualities: Strong communication skills and psychological resilience for handling problematic debts.
