Must have knowledge of 1C and Microsoft Office programs
Experience in furniture sales is preferred
Must have active, persuasive, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers to the store, identify their needs, and provide detailed and comprehensive information about products.

- Assist customers in making the right choice according to their needs.

- Properly communicate the terms of active campaigns to the store staff and ensure their correct implementation.

- Provide customers with detailed information about prices and credit/installment transactions.

- Oversee the correct preparation of sales order forms and ensure they are accurately entered into the existing system.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with store standards and regulations.

- Resolve any sales-related issues promptly and immediately report any issues that cannot be resolved to the manager.

- Monitor the neatness and completeness of products displayed in the store.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in sales

- Proficiency in 1C and Microsoft Office programs

- Experience in furniture sales is preferred

- Must be active with strong persuasion and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a team
