- Welcoming customers in the store, identifying their needs, and providing detailed and comprehensive information about the products

- Assisting customers in making the right choice according to their needs

- Communicating the terms of active campaigns to store staff and ensuring their proper implementation

- Providing customers with detailed information about prices and credit/installment operations

- Supervising the correct preparation of order forms during sales and ensuring their accurate entry into the existing software

- Monitoring the assurance and maintenance of store standards and regulations

- Resolving sales-related issues promptly and immediately reporting any unresolved problems to the manager

- Overseeing the neatness and completeness of the products displayed in the store.
